This property needed a durable, attractive boundary that would hold up for years without constant upkeep. We furnished and installed 120 feet of 48" black aluminum fence, including two 60" wide single gates. Every post was set in concrete, with heavy gauge gate posts added for solid gate support, and the required permit was included.

An existing fence with damaged gates and posts posed a security risk and aesthetic concern. We replaced and rebuilt three gates, installed new black hardware, and ensured the gate at the pool included a lock. Additionally, we replaced two bottom rails and five posts, breaking concrete sleeves as needed for a sturdy installation. We also removed 77 feet of the old fence, replacing it with a new 6-foot high Kensington style fence, and relocated 16 feet of the existing picket fence. The crew was absolutely amazing—incredibly polite, professional, and hardworking. They installed our new white vinyl fence completely transforming our property. We couldn't be happier with the team!
First State Fence did a fabulous job on both our pool enclosure and our trash enclosure. The two workers were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. At the end of the day, they were extremely tidy, cleaning up after themselves. Overall, I'd say they paid close attention to detail and were happy to explain anything I had a question about. The fence looks amazing and we are quite pleased with the final result. Now, we can finally get our pool finished. Moreover, the cost was quite reasonable compared to other quotes. I would highly recommend this company.
